Yes, Component RGB is best. S-video is pretty good though, and the simple single-RCA type cable (composite)
All, of course, only true for video, coax is excellent for audio, though digital is arguably better depending on which DAC you would rather use. I connected my computer via digital coaxial cable to my Yamaha Dolby Digital 6.1 amp, and the improvement was very noticeable from an analog connection, highlighting the poor DAC in a computer sound card.
