Everything depends upon the condition and the quality of service it has received during the first 193K.

There are a few items like O2 sensors, the MAF and spark plugs which are normally 100K repairs so they may be due for a second replacement. The service records will tell you that. You need to do a thorough inspection which includes rust, suspension, exhaust system, cats, engine compression and tranny pan inspection at a minimum. An older MB can seem like an attractive deal since they have depreciated so much but it costs more to repair/service them than it did when they were new because of higher parts and labor costs.

There is thread on most MB websites such as "How many miles does your W210 have?" Many people post values of plus 200K. The diesels seem to do a little better than the gassers.
