If you can get a phone line, you can usually get DSL now days. The 7 mile radius is not as critical anymore. Then again, small town may be the issue.
You will chew up cell data usage and it will be SLOW. Really the best options are usually DSL, Cable or Dish. Anything else will be slow.
Or go plan B as shown above and pay once for the stuff and get free internet!
