Your $19.95 and my $19.95, obviously, are of differing quality.
Even though your DSL may suck unless you're right on top of the first node coming from the Headend of the operation, mine isn't that bad for what I do and I'm at the far end of the service-area "whip" (if you will).
I'm pleasantly content.
As for the service angle? Service went out the door long before the Stock Market broke the 10,000-point mark THE FIRST TIME.
Regardless the ISP source...phone, cable, satellite, smoke signal...
