I have a couple of custom made rifle stocks made from Zebra wood. It really makes a beautiful stock and is quite strong. A word of caution if you plan to work with it........The dust is HIGHLY irritable to the skin and will cause a rash and SEVERE itching!! If you plan to saw, cut, or sand this wood, you need to be covered properly and either discard the clothes or have them laundered seperatly.
