Greetings to everyone.

I'm anticipating purchasing a 1996 300E with 200,000 miles for $5,500.00.
Exterior /interior are exceptionally good and the car seems to drive well without black exhaust. What type of maintenance will I be taking on and what are the major things I should have checked.
