Yes and most connect to something in the cabin.

The brown line is the vacuum supply tot he shut off actuator. Push it back through the large "buss" on the firewall, there should be enough line to reach the ignition switch. Gain access to the ignition switch and plug it back in.

The black line is not connected to anything, it draws clean air in to "bleed" off vacuum for the transmission.
