Yea, nobody mentioned those screws in the footwells. Its a pain that you have to pull all that carpet to get the console out. I got it out today. Now I need to pull all the padding, etc out of the passenger side. I'm pretty bummed; I have found quite a bit of rust in the rear floorboard. I'm not a welder. Anybody in the Houston area want to take a look?

I would love to see pictures of how to do this. I have read a bit about it, but I don't seem to understand the structure of what is going on there.
