Still lots of questions. As an employer, would you institute such a policy without informing your employees? Would you also give some thought to the fact that your employees jobs require that they communicate with people outside the place of employment to fulfill their job duties? For instance, it is an absolute requirement that teachers contact parents under certain circumstances. What would you think if as a parent, the administration had set up a system which made a phone call to your child's teacher virtually impossible?
