I would like to point out that the stock Yokohama Geolanders that they come equipped with from the factory are terrible offroad. And in the snow. Well, anything other than dry/partially damp surfaces.
With that being said, a nice set of somewhat agressive offroad tires turns it into a whole different beast. |

Yes tire choice is critical. Next time I get a G i'm going to have a few sets of wheels with specific sets of tires mounted on them.
