experience makes all the difference

well i finally completed one side of the front end last night... guide rod mount and bushings, brakes, new rotor, new bearings and races. been slowly working on it for weeks.

so this afternoon decided to get on with the other side. so far in about 4 hours i've replaced the guide rod mount and both bushings, removed hub and pounded out the races. new races in the freezer preparing for installation.

not fast enough for a shop obviously, but i'm thrilled. if i keep at it this evening, i may even have it all back together by tonight. we'll see how motivated i am.

nothing like having done something once to give you the confidence to do it again.
