Adjusting valves at 45 degrees F?

82' 300TD 617
Ava's in a bay of our 3 sided pole building, awaiting a valve adjust, and new Glow plugs. It was about 37 degrees when I got up this morning, and is up to 45 outside now...

I need her back on the road by late afternoon.

And here in NW Oregon, it won't warm to 70 degrees until late May (estimation).

So, do I go ahead and adjust the valves at .004 and .014, or use different numbers?

And - the engine: clockwise rotation standing in front of the car (toward drivers side on top?)

...and, how many foot pounds do I install the GPs at? (will I even be able to get a TW in there?)

Thanks!
