You've got a vacuum leak somewhere. If you don't own a MityVac diagnostic tool, get one and start testing. This has been *exhaustively* covered on the forum in various places; just do a search for vacuum leak. Look under the hood for obviously broken, cracked, unplugged vacuum lines and determine (if you can) where they go.
