thanks kerry, i think that's all i need to know, my wire goes forward too and dissappears, it appears it does to to the fan however. weird they wired it that way. i will double-check. since nothing is hooked to the thermostat switch, i imagine that's it. haven't heard the fan come on when the engine is warm. never seen it go above 175 so that's probabaly a good sign it's all ok.
