Thanks. perhaps sometime i'll find out where it's supposed to go. for now, i will leave it. i found out that it looks like it will run only with A/C which is broken anyway. at least the main mechanical fan works.

ok, here's my question... under the battery, there is a vacuum tube coming from the firewall. It is broken (burndt?) and i have no idea where that ones goes. any suggestions?
