I hate to have my car setup with understeer, on my W124 i went with the sportline front bar, as for the rear well i found a bar that was 17mm. yeas i know its a one off!! i have measured and re-measured that bar and it always comes up at 17mm. i even scrubbed off the paint just to make sure i was measuring the bar correct. Anyway there was a formula to know the ratio of front to rear bar stiffness and with my setup the car is on the neutral side of the scale.

As for springs i have a set of brabus springs, and i can tell you the rears are stiffer than the fronts. this also helps setup the car with a lively rear end.
And since i like my cars with Zero understeer i setup the front as follows:

Camber: abt 1.6deg
Castor as max as possib at 10.6+
Toe just abt zero.

Rear has 1.5 camber almost, sincee i cant change that.
Toe is abt 2mm total pointing in.

car was a dream to drive, slightly on the nervous side for some i guess.
