Ok after reading the eligibility page I'm a bit less angry but still not happy in any way or form.

If i'm reading it correctly our older cars will still "qualify" as long as you've brought it in for a service within the past year and a half (Assuming the service cost you more then $100)

Why do I get the feeling that this has come about because the dealers were whining that they weren't squeezing enough pennies out of the older vehicles?
