Osama, thanks, hope that the number three engine is the lucky one :-D .
Bahamius, I'm going to run the stock compression with low boost ~ 0.7 bars (~10.15 psi). This should give me an effective compression of 17 which is what most tuners recommend for a street car (actually between 16 - 18). In my opinion, setup this way it should be plenty quick and very reliable... but time will tell :-D .

Hi Joreto,
This is my opinion on how you should approach the twin cam. (I would do this if it were a single cam motor as well.)
I would O-ring the block, get pistons that lower the comp ratio to 7.5-8:1 and add water injection.
I would also be using 7 or 8 heat range ngk plugs.
This will give you the best chance of having a reliable engine.
Using a motor with 10:1 comps just gives you no head room for mistakes. It just won't survive any detonation.
Also reading back over your first posts you had a lot of detonation on the early tunes, chances are the damage was done then and it was just a matter of time until the engine let go.
Roman from memory runs E85 which is easy to buy in his country, can you use this fuel?
