I would use blue loctite on the underside bolts. Torque them to spec which think is 25nm.

Also don't waste your money on the engine shocks. I destroyed mine by jacking up the engine and not disconnecting them. I haven't noticed any change in driving or shutdown.

As for your shakes, I would look at the ramp dampener bolt. It may need replacing.
