One can only imagine if someone on the right had made a joke of say Matthew Sheppard getting what he deserved, or inferred that the widespread homosexual pederast interaction between leaders and followers was institutionalized within the "Religion of Peace and Love" such as Afghanistan’s "Bache Basi" boys! Or that HIV/AIDS, or Sickle Cell Anemia, child abuse and neglect, spousal abuse where equally subjects of casual humor!
The very same people would be gnashing their teeth and wringing their hands and incessantly proclaiming that it was disrespect, smearing, hatred of people who where different and any disagreement with that opinion was evidence of intellectual inferiority!
It is interesting to note that the very same people are always quick to excuse Clinton’s prurient intentions and actions, while faithfully ignoring the extreme power imbalance of his and Monica’s relationship!
It’s better to allow such posts in order to expose such rank hypocrisy, just in case anybody had any delusions of the oft claimed moral superiority of the left.
It is rather interesting to postulate if someone like would feel equally comfortable making equal light of this subject or any of the similar subjects I've mentioned in the faculty lounge, around the water cooler, in the hallways of of say any publicly funded community college where someone is employed by taxpayers including many Catholics? I'll bet Ward Churchill would defend such a persons right to do so!
