Angry insurance claim on brand new 2002 accord.
My mom bought a brand new handa accord. With less than two mounth of driving on and with less than 600 miles on the odomater she was rear ended. The turnk is deformed and the turnk will not close.

She obviously does not just want to get it fix. Since for all pritical purposes it is a new car want the insurance company to buy her a new honda a trade it with her.

Doe anyone have any experience dealing with this kind of problem.
