First of all: sorry to hear that your saga continues. Reading back through this post I'm surprised the car wasn't "totalled" by the ins co. I'm also surprised that you weren't more seriously hurt. What doesn't surprise me one bit is that the ins co are being difficult.

However, I think I agree with Jim Smith. It would indeed be great to sock it to them, but it will take ages and dominate your life. If you're anything like me, doing litigation for a living, the last thing you'll want is to be doing it privately.

Besides, a 2002 E55, now you're talking... Saw one the other day in white with white wheel centres (and polished rims), looked great.
