My neighbor, Ricky's hot, bikini clad 'n tanned step-Mom had a red and black Marlin. I called it a fish car. It's logo on the car in several places, was a fish jumping out of the water. The scales in question on the TA and MB remind me of fish scales.

By today's standards, it was an ugly-ass car - see below. But when you're a teenager, it looked OK to me at the time - as long as I could tease Ricky about the fish car. I think if I saw one of these on the streets today, I'd burst out laughing at it's ugly azz.......

I am trying to remember if the Marlin by American Motors Corporation had he the silver fish scales console dash - it may have, seeing it was a fish car.

Note the fish jumping out of the water on the left fender, and middle of the tail. What a funny looking car!
