Removing knee bolster...

Ok - I've pulled three screws out of that passenger-side knee bolster along with one plastic peg but the panel won't budge... it still feels pretty tight in there... are there more screws or are there some snaps behind it that have to be dislodged before it comes out? I don't wanna yank on it too hard - I've broken things before like that...
