I bought a 92 S320 in Las Vegas. Drove it back with absolutely no problems at all except for the Overdrive switch not working. Had to wedge something in there and manually hold it over to keep it engaged. But no other problems.
It had passed smog in NV but in order to transfer title in CA they required a CA smog test. So after driving it to DMV and then to the smog shop I went in to give them the info for the smog. The smog tech drove it into the bay and turned it off. After putting the info in the computer he got back in the car to start it and nothing. It just turns over but does not even try to start. The tech had not done anything else at all.
We pushed it out and towed it home and there she sits. I am a diesel man. I know nothing about these gassers!!
I purchased a manual on CD from e-Bay and it will not load up so I have no manual or anything to go off of.
Does this thing have any computer or anything that just needs to be "reset"?
