Okay, sorry about that. Work 24 hr shifts and just got back to take a look at the car and the forum today.

I am getting electricity (11.9) to the plugs and it is getting fuel.

I know this is something really simple and stupid (I hope). It actually turns over so I am assuming it is not some sort of "anti-theft" system.
