However, a lot of rain gutter type racks would probably fit (or could be modified to fit) a w123...just have to find a cool vintage one. Suprise! They did make and offer them! MB # 123 840 15 24 is the part number for a pair of gutter mount cross supports for the 123 chassis.
Well "collective opinion was that they didn't make them", you know what they say about opinions! I suppose we can extrapolate therefore "collective opinions" are like collective a$$h*!es!
