Taxes paid by a corporation are simply passed on to the final customer who bears all the costs. You desire to make corporations pay higher taxes is really a secret tax on the consumers.
I would like to go back to the more progressive rates we had in the 50's & 60's for personal income taxes. The economy and the rich seemed to survive those "soak the rich" rates. Also the middle class had it better and the deficit was not out of control.

I agree with corporate tax dangers. They also may move to another state or country.
