This thinking is similar to Soviet Russia. Punish the Rich, reward the poor. The only problem is the poor are stupid; witness the many lottery winners who are dead stone broke within five years of winning the lottery. The Rich create jobs for the poor. Without the Rich, this country would die off very quickly. The poor buy into the 'Soak the Rich' rhetoric and are determined to kill the goose that lays the golden egg.
