I need to get the 6.9 down to Cincinnati to finish up some work on it at the shop before putting it on the truck to its new owner. I would prefer not to drive it, and I have a Cherokee with the 4.0 HO straight six engine in it which is great for towing. Anyhow, my question is: How does U-Haul charge for their trailer/hitch rentals? I was thinking of going over there tomorrow morning before I head back to Cincinnati and getting the hitch put on the Jeep and renting a flatbed. I'd have it only for a few hours in the day then would return it. Anyone know how much this might set me back? I definitely want a flatbed, NO car dollies. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
