Damn, that's a rough patch.
I don't have any sage bits of wisdom or advice, just keep plugging along! I've got 4 friends who have been through separation then divorce. Each one of them is happier now than they were when they were married. And each one felt like $h!t for that initial 6-12 months afterwards. Things sure seem to get better.
