continuing trans problem

I posted about 1 1/2 months ago re: no foward or reverse 85 300SD with 115K miles, clean pan, bright red fluid. I have now put in 1st, a rebuilt torq converter and checked the pump tabs were OK - still no movement, and 2nd, now have had the trans rebuilt - still no forward or reverse. I'm doing the installs. I checked the MB tech data book and it says the pressure in drive without moving should be 12.5 bar ~ 185 lbs. The trans shop says it should only be 70 lbs or less. Does anyone know? Anyway it is ~ 40 lbs. Is there anything else I can check? A friend said maybe if the trans oil cooler line is stopped up there won't be much fluid pressure. Does anyone know about that? My flex disk is good. Now with a rebuilt converter and trans I don't know what else to do. The trans does have a 2 year waranty, I just have to take it out again. And yes I checked that the output shaft of the trans is not moving with the car in gear - any gear and yes the shift lever is on and working - won't start except in P and N. I'm calling the trans shop tomorrow. I have called the converter builder and he says that even if the TQ is bad it would move the car and he knows the converter is good because they are checked on a machine before shipment. I really don't know what to do now except take the trans out and back to the rebuilder. Any ideas? Thanks
