Anyone know why the seat air switch will run the 3 speed fan but there is absolutly no air movement on the seating surfface? It looks like the seat is not assembled corectly, that there is a sheet of plastic immediately in front of the fans thus blocking any air movement. Is this a "sillent" recall to correct?
