The Mercedes-Benz Vito is a light van produced by Mercedes-Benz in Vitoria, Spain. From the name of the city Vitoria came the name Vito.
BTW, the level in that man's blood is amazing, "an alcohol content of 1.6g/100ml. . . This is 32 times over the limit of 0.05g/100ml" or 0.05%. [This is even stricter than the California limit of 0.08%.]
Wikipedia reports a few cases of BAC in excess of 1% with the patient surviving. Anything near 1% is generally considered potentially fatal. I'm amazed that he survived.
