They continued through '95.....and even though the badge still says "300E" in 1993, they switched to the 3.2 liter M104 engine but didn't change the badge.....and this was only in the U.S.....in the rest of the world they were badged 320E.

So, in the U.S. in 1993, both gas models were M014 engines: the 300E 2.8, and the 300E (3.2).
