The only ones that are a PITA are the turbo supports under the manifold and against the block. They're easier to access with the car on a lift by coming in underneath but not all of us have that ability.
These cars cost $30k new because Mercedes used quality fasteners made from quality material.

Where in the states do you live?
Every bolt that can possibly be rusted on my car is. For me any work on the exhaust system is a bear because of the rust attacking the bolts.
