My SRS Light is on when I open the driver door on my 86 300E.

If i turn the windshield wipers on with the door closed andthe engine running they work correctly.

If I do not turn the wipers off and I turn the vehical off the wipers stop working like they should.

BUT, when I open the door..... The SRS Light turns on and the wipers turn back on.

Shut the door off, open the door on. they are completely off because the next day my battery as not dead and she started right up....

Can someone shed some light on this? I would appreciate it TONS!
