It is impossible to operate a military command without respect. Given his rank aboard the ship he clearly crossed the line. There are so many important desisions to be made in a real time tactical situation, I would definetly NOT want this guy as captain of my ship. I would be wondering if he was thinking about his next video instead a serious problem needing a decision. A captain can have the morals of an alley cat. It doesn't bother me in the slightest. Just keep it to yourself. Having spent time on a carrier I think I know what I am talking about. It's all about respect. He does not have mine. I not even going have my nomex on.
