Not too bad, usually the door panel can stay in place. The small "knobs" that look like the seat cushions (that you move to make the seat move) pull off. One one of them (the one to move the entire seat fore/aft) there is a plastic C clip you take off, then the cover over the switch can be taken off. After that there are a couple screws you can barely see on 2 corners of the switch, you remove those and the switch should come out of the hole in the door panel. I might be able to post a copy of the work instructions if you think you want to try it sometime.
