Bolt #4 has a larger shoulder than the other bolts. It will not fit in the other 3 holes on the fan bearing bracket. When I removed mine it had an o-ring on it that was of course hard as a rock.

Even if you put sealent on the end of the tensioner bracket, what keeps oil from seeping from around the bolt head? More sealent?
