For the paper manuals you will need:

Chassis and body manual 1
Chassis and body manual 2
electrical troubleshooting manual
HVAC manual
engine manual

While it is nice to have the paper ones, I never look at them anymore. The only one I would buy if I didn't have the paper ones is the electrical manual because as Rebe mentioned, they are easier to read than some of the CD scanned electrical diagrams.

I believe that there are two versions of the electrical manual, the early one covers up to IIRC 1993.
