Funny you mention that, Vstech. When I started out that's what I was expecting to find. So far, bench testing shows 14 volts out of the car and it had a new voltage regulator on it. Once reinstalled it's doing less than 12 volts. How can you square that info. Seems to be conflicting. Thanks
