Just to be clear, the US W201 had them, along with the "Unleaded Fuel Only" sticker; while the non-US models likely didn't have it as they weren't "full trim" models like the MBUSA ones. My 1985 2.3-16 gray market from Germany doesn't have the Economy gauge, or the outside temp LCD, or lighted visors, cruise control, etc.
