For a temp fix, get 2 small red light fixtures and wire them into the wires that go to your original light assembly. Actually you may need 3 if you have separate brake and turn signal lights so there will be a light each for tail light, brake light and turnsignal.

You can get snap on wiresplices so you don't have to cut or strip the MB wires. You might have to drill holes near the damaged area to mount the lights. These can be filled when the repairs are done.

I hope the Bronco driver pays for all you repairs. Don't forget to keep receipts for the temp parts and add then to any other repair bills.
