They were BIG into anything having to do with VWs. The joke we used to have was..."If there's ever an accident involving a VW, BARNEY'S will be at the scene before the cops or the meat-wagons."

Since the place is still where I remembered it to be, there's a good chance they'll still be carrying VW bits and pieces.

They may have exactly what you need...or, at least, know someone that could get it for you.
