I was with State Farm years ago. Got rear ended by a drunk who hit 4 of us. I was furthest away and had under 3K on the car.

Both of us were with State Farm.

It took me demanding a conference call with the agent(*******) and the SF district office to get my issues resolved. Only fair to say I did bring up the words 'retained' and the name of a well known junk yard dog type local lawyer in the short blunt chat we had.

Maybe it was the 'collectively and individually' part of our chat that got their attention ?

Car was in the shop 3 wks, mostly waiting for parts from offshore but was repaired using new parts only.
