simple physics question

I'm stuck on a homework problem.

Here is what I have so far

= -17 degrees counterclockwise from the positive x axis

= 30 meters

= 87 degrees counterclockwise from the positive x axis

= 20 meters

I'm having issues getting

in terms of ______degrees counterclockwise from the positive x axis

and

the magnitude

"m" was for meters
