my recently acquired 300cd is an absolute dog when cold,just barely crawls away.Once warm it seems to perform ok.I have checked the manifold to overboost sensor switch and it is clear and have recently adjusted the valves.Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.Also is it better to remove injectors or glow plugs to check compression
