Probably both as either sex can contract the virus.. This virus has long been suspected of being the trigger for utirine cancer I thought as well.

Certainly the virus is a risk factor when fooling around a lot unprotected with multipal partners .. Normally it is passed in missionary type sex I thought as well. Although I am no expert.
