... awfully direct for someone who is asking very simple questions that could be found with a search of the performance section. you adjust alda by removing it and placing shims under it, you adjust manifold pressure by creating a leak inbetween the waste gate and where you are getting manifold pressure from. either by using a tee with piece of hose on it with varying size hoses till you get the pressure you want or you by a controller that does it fo you.
